HEALTH NEWS

  • WSU and Spokane Public Schools partnered to launch a community-based primary care clinic at Logan Elementary that is now scheduling appointments from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday; the clinic will officially open in March to serve local families.  FOX 28 Spokane

SPORTS NEWS

  • Esmeralda and Qualchan, two city-run golf courses, will open for the season on Monday, Mar. 2, with tee times now bookable online up to seven days in advance; golfers can reserve up to two foursomes and should call to book beyond the seven-day window at a pre-book rate.  KXLY
