CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Spokane police said they arrested 19-year-old Cougar Devereaux Jr.—wanted on a murder warrant from a July 7 shooting in the 1300 block of West Courtland Avenue that fatally wounded Maria Kapustin—in Greeley, Colorado on March 20 at 4:11 p.m., and he will be extradited after his hearing is complete.
