Federal Judge Mary Dimke sentenced Ray A.

Wynecoop, 24, to 30 years and Isaac A. Ott, 23, to 25 years in prison on federal drug and firearm charges—both of whom were already given decades in state court for a 2022 drive-by shooting that injured a Spokane police officer—on Friday.

Law enforcement searched a home on East Indiana Avenue in Spokane on March 27 for Jose Beltran-Rodriguez—accused of a drive-by shooting in Moses Lake on March 21 that killed a 14-year-old and injured four others—and issued an arrest warrant on March 25 with a reward of up to $10,000 for tips while warning the public not to approach him.
