Preschoolers from Northeast Youth Center honored fallen veterans on Friday morning by placing American flags and pennies on graves at Fairmount Memorial Park, marking the eighth consecutive year of their tribute.

Volunteers placed over 3,000 American flags at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery on Friday, May 22 to honor fallen service members ahead of Memorial Day (uniting groups from Fairchild Air Force Base and the Fallen Heroes Project).
