The Washington State Fallen Heroes Project set up its 'Boots on the Ground' memorial display at Numerica Veteran's Arena on Sunday, May 24 to honor Vietnam and post-9/11 veterans with nearly 700 boots and provide Gold Star families a place for remembrance (and connection).
