ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • Fire crews responded to a brush fire along eastbound I-90 near the Argonne Road interchange in Spokane Valley that slowed traffic — officials said emergency personnel continued to work at the scene.  FOX 28 Spokane

HEALTH NEWS

  • MultiCare Health System reported that over 500 medical assessments were completed at Hoopfest on Saturday at 4 p.m. — including cases such as nine fractures, seven achilles ruptures, eight knee injuries, and other strains — and warned that rising temperatures on day two will prompt people to stay hydrated.  FOX 28 Spokane

SPORTS NEWS

  • Yesterday's TV and radio schedules featured a range of sports events from auto racing to soccer—broadcast from early morning to evening on networks such as ESPN2, FS1, Fox 28, TNT and ESPN plus.
