- ➤ On Friday, Airway Heights welcomed residents to tour a new fire station on South Garfield Street, a safety upgrade chosen by the community since 2023—firefighters highlighted plans to use the station’s new amenities as colder weather approaches. KXLY

- ➤ Spokane Impact is a new professional soccer team for athletes with intellectual and developmental disabilities that joins Spokane Velocity and Spokane Zephyr at ONE Spokane Stadium — it is part of Project Inspire’s pioneering league.
