  • Today, Spokane Airport opens a WWII-era plane display featuring the B-25 Mitchell Warbird, and the B-17 Flying Fortress will arrive on Thursday—rides in these historical planes will be available over the weekend.  KXLY

  • Spokane County installed a new memorial street sign at the intersection of Regal and Trent to honor Officer Frederick Jermaine, who died in a 1922 motorcycle accident while chasing a speeding vehicle—his sacrifice is now remembered on the Spokane Police Department’s Roll Call of Honor.  FOX 28 Spokane
