Spokane allocated $7.5 million for nine affordable housing projects that include four new construction projects adding 95 units—63 designed for households earning 60% or less of the area's median income.
Two rehabilitation projects will add 99 units—50 existing and 49 new—while a homeownership project will create 12 townhomes and two projects will aid 86 vulnerable households.
