The 6th annual Tacos y Tequila Festival will be held in Spokane's Hillyard District on Saturday, Aug.

19-year-old Alexa Gourneau, after a decade of leukemia treatment, has chosen to stop care to enjoy final days before turning 20 in January.
Her family and community have rallied behind her as she spends time skateboarding, enjoying the outdoors, and attending concerts.
