- ➤ Spokane Valley uses a co-deployment model where homeless outreach officers and a social worker deliver supplies and basic services to residents in need—Police Chief Dave Ellis created the program and it has helped house around 50 people since partnering with Frontier Behavioral Health last year. - ➤ Spokane Neighborhood Action Partners distributed hundreds of free weatherization kits on Thursday at the Catalyst Building on Sprague to help families in older homes prepare for winter.
