- ➤ Indigenous Eats—Spokane’s only Native American comfort food restaurant—received a $25,000 national grant to preserve cultural traditions and train its workers in preparing traditional fry bread. - ➤ UW-Gonzaga Health Partnership marks its 10th anniversary in Spokane Valley, having helped UW continue its medical education after parting with WSU while boosting Gonzaga’s health programs with new undergraduate offerings.
