- ➤ On May 3 at 8:30 p.m. in Spokane (with 43,670 runners) the annual 7.46-mile Bloomsday race marked its 50th anniversary. Friends and family (using motivational signs) cheered runners along the course. FOX 28 Spokane
- ➤ Over 43,000 runners joined Spokane’s Bloomsday race on Sunday when Kasandra Parker and Reid Buchanan made history as elite winners; 43,670 participants raced a 12-km course through downtown and over Doomsday Hill + drawing community runners and top athletes from across the region. KXLY
